GBC Tutor Scheduling

This project was conducted as a business analysis to identify solutions to help tutors and students who use multiple tutoring systems in our college. Through defining project goals and objectives, problem/opportunity statements, and requirements scope, we were able to create a comprehensive plan for the analysis. We used process mapping techniques, including creating an as-is/current state process map level 2 with SIPOC on Tutoring processes, and a scope model with business context diagrams. We then identified solution requirements, including a to-be/future state process map level 2 and 3 with BPMN diagram, and a use case specification. Finally, we mapped the requirements trace matrix to ensure all requirements were met. This project demonstrates my skills in conducting business analysis to identify solutions for complex problems.
